I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and the team for not only the excellent job you have done on our house but also the way in which you worked with us to help in converting the house we owned to the home we wanted.
Some friends of ours warned us in embarking on this project that we would probably end up hating our builder. Well, nothing could be further from the truth. The standard of work done is exceptional (some of my mates who are builders have been very impressed) and in no small way due to the expert management.
I know you have more than enough work to cope with (which is testament to the quality job Modum does) but Sharyn and I would be happy to recommend Modum to anyone contemplating using you for building work. When next we buy and want to renovate (hopefully not too soon!) we’ll be coming straight back to Modum.

Yesterday the minister of this parish moved into his "new" residence.
